You can post daily journals that are only visible and accessed by you, or post in your profile book. You can make your profile page totally private or available for friends to view. Although we have community events and optional group discussions, Better Me Book is designed and intended to be a personal and private experience. Most of your interactions will be private and for your own personal reflection and development.
